Return & Refund Policy

No returns will be accepted once a product is purchased, except in the following cases:

If you receive a product of second quality.

If you receive a product different from what was ordered.

In such cases, we will re-ship the same product. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 24 hours and provide visual proof (photos or videos).
